Quantum Organic Reality Terms of Use

Nathalie Bonin provides the Quantum Organic Reality website and the Chiron Connect iPhone app used at its events. Contact support@q0r.app with questions. These terms cover use of the service. Joining an event also requires you to review and accept that event's specific agreement before connecting a wearable. Its specific provisions govern that event's activities, sharing, and retention.

The experience

Quantum Organic Reality is an artistic live experience. Its visualizations and wearable-derived values may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and must not be used for health or safety decisions. Availability depends on a compatible wearable, iPhone, Bluetooth, network access, and the event setup. Follow the host's band assignment and return instructions.

Your account and participation

Use your own account and assigned band. Do not interfere with the service or attempt to access another person's data. Choose a display name you are comfortable showing in a shared room; an organizer may moderate names or remove access to protect an event. You can leave an event and use the app's privacy controls to request deletion. An organizer may end an event at any time.

Ownership and changes

The service includes software, visual artwork, and branding protected by their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of your personal data. Event agreements describe any separate recording, performance, or partner permissions; these general terms alone do not grant them. We may update the service and these terms. A change will not retroactively rewrite an event agreement you already accepted.
